Homi Hardware provides a limited 2 year warranty on all products sold through our online store against defects in manufacturing and materials. This warranty covers replacement or repair of any product proven to have qualifying defects that impact functionality and intended use.
To make a warranty claim, customers must submit photos showing the defect along with a written description to support@homihardware.com within 2 years from the original product shipment date. If the claim qualifies under the defect coverage terms, Homi Hardware will provide a replacement product shipped free of charge.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or modification of the product.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use over an extended period of time.
- Cosmetic defects that do not affect product functionality.
- Defects caused by use with unauthorized parts or accessories.
Homi Hardware will accept product returns for any reason up to 30 days from the shipment delivery date. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. To initiate a return, customers must submit a return request form within 30 days from the delivery date. This form is available at Link.
Once approved, customers will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping address via email within 1 business day. The RAN must be clearly printed on the return package. Returns missing the RAN may not receive a refund. Customers must use a trackable shipping method to return the package and retain proof of postage.
Once the returned item passes inspection upon receipt, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of delivery confirmation. Refunds are for the product purchase amount only; initial and return shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.
Homi Hardware offers an affiliate program where participants can earn a 10% commission on any purchases made through their unique referral link. This provides an opportunity for customers to receive monetary rewards for promoting our products.
To enroll as an affiliate, please fill out the affiliate application form at link. Upon approval, you will receive your unique affiliate link and ID number to include in your website, newsletter, online promotions or other content. When a new customer clicks your link and completes a purchase, you will receive 10% of that total order amount excluding shipping costs.
Affiliate commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis via PayPal for any confirmed sales from the prior month. Participants must have a PayPal account set up to receive commission payments.
